MacKenzie Smith is the cheesy proprietor of the world's largest grilled cheese blog, GrilledCheeseSocial.com. In addition to being a new mama, she has been writing cheesy recipes for over 11 years, has published a cookbook, and has won 2 Food Network competition shows because of her love of lactose. MacKenzie is also the executive chef at Black Dolphin Inn and is a spokesperson for many national brands such as Wisconsin Cheese and Visit Florida. On her free time, she likes taking her baby and dachshunds on beach adventures and loves paddling out to catch some waves with her husband, professional surfer, Jeremy Johnston.
