Mango Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 2 each Mango
  • 1 each Bananas
  • 2 tbsp Cashews
  • 1 cup Pineapple
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup Ice
  • 1 each Mango Flag, garnish
  • 2 each Fresh Mint Sprig

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop mangos and place into blender, peel and place the banana in the blender.

  2. Add the cashews and chopped pineapple to the blender.

  3. Blend on low for 30 seconds, add in the coconut milk and ice and blend for additional 30 seconds or until smooth.

  4. Place the shake mixture into glass(s)garnish with the mango garnish, add the straw and serve.

  5. If consistency is too thick add a small amount of water until smooth.
