Mango Dungeness Crab Nori Bites

  • 8 ounces Dungeness Crab Meat
  • 1 ea Fresh Mango
  • 1 ea Red Pepper
  • 1 ea Red Onion
  • 1 ea Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Lime Aioli
  • Sea Salt and Fresh Black Pepper, to taste


  1. Cook crab in high quality court bouillon. Clean crab.

  2. Mix chilled crab meat and top upon sliced mango on nori snack sheets, garnish with dice onion, red onion and avocado. Drizzle lime aioli over top.
