Add mango cubes, agave and poblano peppers into mixing glass. Lightly press with muddler.
Measure all remaining ingredients into shaking tin.
Fill with ice and shake.
Pour into rocks glass and add ice as needed.
Top with poblano pepper slice and lime wheel.
