Ingredients

  • .75 oz Velvet Falernum
  • .75 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Mango-All Spice Honey Syrup
  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters
  • .75 oz Aqua Faba
  • 2 oz Mango Infused Blanc Vermouth

Mango Blanc Vermouth

  • 750 ml Bottle of Vermouth
  • 1 cup Fresh Mango Cubes
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup

Garnish

  • 1 Mango Fan each
  • 1 Confetti Flower each

Instructions

Mango Blanc Vermouth (Makes 750 ml)

  1. Combine all ingredients

  2. Let infuse for 3 days

  3. Fine strain and label

Slightly Curious Cocktail

  1. Mix all ingredients together in glass, Add ice and shake.

  2. Strain UP into Coupe glass

  3. Garnish
