Masala Mango Cooler

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Sauvignon Blanc
  • 1 oz Lime Juice
  • .5 oz Mango Syrup
  • .5 oz Chaat Masala Syrup

Mango Syrup

  • .5 cup Mango Chunks
  • .5 cup Water
  • .5 cup Sugar

Chaat Masala Syrup

  • 1 tbsp Chaat Masala Powder
  • .5 cup Water
  • .5c cup Sugar

Garnish

  • 1 Star Anise Pod each
  • 1 strip Mango Peel
  • 1 Lime Wheel each

Instructions

For Mango Syrup (Makes 7 oz)

  1. Bring all ingredients to a boil

  2. Remove from heat and let infuse 30 min

  3. Blend until smooth

  4. Bottle and refrigerate

For Chaat Masala Syrup (Makes 6 oz)

  1. Bring all ingredients to a boil

  2. Remove from heat and let infuse 20 min

  3. Fine strain and bottle

For Masala Mango Cooler

  1. Rim tall Collins glass with black sesame seed salt

  2. Fill glass with ice

  3. Measure 5 oz mix into glass

  4. Add Garnish
