chopped fresh mango or frozen mango

frozen berries (I like a mix of blueberries, strawberries + raspberries)

frozen banana

container plan Greek yogurt

unsweetened coconut water
Juice + zest of a ½ lime
Instructions
Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
