Vanilla-Mango Fruit Dip

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 3/4 cup diced ripe mango
  • 1 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla paste or extract
  • A tempting sweet and nutritious dip, with the vibrant flavors of vanilla and mango, that’s easily made for a quick dip for fruit.

    In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients. Puree until smooth and creamy. Serve with fresh fruit or graham crackers.
