Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh mango, diced
  • cups ripe tomatoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp fresh oregano leaves, minced
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir. Serve or cover and refrigerate until needed.

  2. Serve with chips, hamburgers, grilled meats and vegetables.
