INGREDIENTS1 cup fresh mango, diced1 1/2 cups ripe tomatoes, diced2 tablespoons fresh chives, minced1 tablespoon lemon juice1/2 teaspoon lemon zest1/2 teaspoon fresh oregano leaves, minced1/4 teaspoon sea salt1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir. Serve or cover and refrigerate until needed.
Serve with chips, hamburgers, grilled meats and vegetables.
