Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh mango, diced
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • Pinch sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir. Serve or cover and refrigerate until needed.

  2. Serve with pita chips, fish, chicken, or by itself.
