  • 1/2 Small Cucumber Sliced
  • 1/2 Avocado Sliced
  • 2 Tbsp Shredded Carrots
  • 1 Tbsp Scallions
  • 1 Small Handful of Seaweed

Homemade Sauce (Optional)

  • 2 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
  • 1 Tsp Fish Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
  • Dash Rice Vinegar

Spicy Mayo (Optional)

  • 1/4 Cup Mayo
  • 1 Tbsp Sriracha
