Easy Mango Tacos

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Hummus
  • 2 Large Whole Grain Tortillas
  • 1 Medium Tomato Diced
  • 1 Small Avocado Peeled, Pitted, and Diced
  • 1 Large Mango Peeled and Diced
  • 1/4 Tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Cilantro
  • 2 Small Scallions Thinly Sliced

Instructions

  1. Spread the hummus on the tortillas.

  2. Add the tomato, avocado, mango, salt, pepper, chili powder, cilantro, and scallions.

  3. Wrap like a soft taco and serve immediately.

  4. Optional: Easily customize this recipe. Add your own protein such as shrimp, rotisserie chicken or mojo pork
