INGREDIENTS
1 cup fresh mango, cubed or frozen mango chunks 1/2 cup banana, sliced1 tablespoon peanut butter3/4 cup low-fat milkFreeze cubed mango overnight or use frozen mango.
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
