Mango Coconut Pops

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh mango, diced
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. In a blender, add all ingredients, except strawberries. Mix until smooth.

  2. Pour into half of a frozen pop mold.

  3. Add strawberries to remaining mixture and blend.

  4. Top off the molds.

  5. Freeze for at least 3 hours. Enjoy!
