In a large bowl or Trifle dish layer in this order.
Place Seasoned black beans in the bottom of the dish, spread until mixture is flat.
Spread the mango guacamole over the beans, then spread the sour cream over the guacamole.
Spread the mango salsa over the sour cream in a thin layer.
Top the mixture with the shredded lettuceand top with the shredded cheese.
Cover the entire dip with the mango, olive,tomato mixture and serve.
Strain the black beans and place into mixing bowl. Add the taco seasoning and blend for 1 minute until the bean mixture is pureed.
Place Salsa into mixing bowl and add in the diced mango and mango puree and fold together. Place into bowl and set aside for build in the dip.
Place diced mango, sliced olives, and diced tomatoes into mixing bowl and season with salt pepper garlic mix and set aside for build in the dip.
