  • 2 diced fresh mangos
  • 1 chopped red bell pepper
  • 1 minced jalapeño pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • Salt to taste
