INGREDIENTS
½ cup chia seeds½ cup water1 tsp vanilla extract½ tsp cinnamon½ fresh mango ½ cup coconut milk, full fat1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein2 scoops collagen peptidesMix all ingredients, except mango and coconut milk. Store in fridge for at least 30 minutes. Blend fresh mango with coconut milk to produce smoothie mixture. Layer chia mixture with smoothie mixture into a cup or bowl. Enjoy!
