{"id":63484,"date":"2023-01-19T08:56:50","date_gmt":"2023-01-19T13:56:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mango.org\/recipes\/mango-cranberry\/"},"modified":"2024-08-15T23:35:55","modified_gmt":"2024-08-16T03:35:55","slug":"mango-cranberry","status":"publish","type":"recipes","link":"https:\/\/www.mango.org\/es\/recipes\/mango-cranberry\/","title":{"rendered":"Mango Cranberry Sauce"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Mango Cranberry Sauce<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mango.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Mango-Cranberry-Sauce-150x150.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<ul>\n<li>1 fl oz Olive Oil<\/li>\n<li>1 oz Onion, minced<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp Ginger, minced<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp Garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp Salt<\/li>\n<li>12 oz Fresh Cranberries<\/li>\n<li>2 Large Mango, peeled and diced 1\/4&#8243;<\/li>\n<li>1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar<\/li>\n<li>2 fl oz Agave<\/li>\n<li>8 fl oz Water<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup Dried Cranberries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Using a large saut\u00e9 pan, place the oil in the pan on medium heat.<\/li>\n<li>Add the minced onion, ginger, and garlic and sear for 3 minutes, add in the salt, cranberries, mango, vinegar, agave, and water and bring to a simmer.<\/li>\n<li>Once at a simmer, reduce by half until the mixture has thickened up. About 30 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Once reduced add in the dried cranberries and let simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.Using stick blender blend for 20 seconds to thicken up sauce.
