{"id":62103,"date":"2023-01-19T09:08:53","date_gmt":"2023-01-19T14:08:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mango.org\/recipes\/mango-manchego-stuffed-peppers\/"},"modified":"2024-07-29T17:07:03","modified_gmt":"2024-07-29T21:07:03","slug":"mango-manchego-stuffed-peppers","status":"publish","type":"recipes","link":"https:\/\/www.mango.org\/es\/recipes\/mango-manchego-stuffed-peppers\/","title":{"rendered":"Mango Manchego Stuffed Peppers"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--WPRM Recipe 50299--><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Mango Manchego Stuffed Peppers<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mango.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Mango-Manchego-Peppers-150x150.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<ul>\n<li>1 lb Shredded Manchego Cheese<\/li>\n<li>1 lb Cream Cheese, softened<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp Salt, Pepper, Garlic Seasoning<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup Minced Pork Rinds (optional)<\/li>\n<li>8 Peppers, cored<\/li>\n<li>1 Sliced Mango<\/li>\n<li>16 slices Sliced Bacon<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp BBQ Seasoning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>In a large bowl place shredded cheese in bowl, break the cream cheese into smaller pieces and place into the bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Add in the seasoning, and pork rinds (optional), mix all ingredients together.<\/li>\n<li>Using sharp knife core and remove the seeds from the jalape\u00f1o, fill the peppers with the cheese mixture. Top each of the filled jalape\u00f1os with the sliced mango.<\/li>\n<li>Wrap each of the jalape\u00f1os with a slice of bacon per each jalape\u00f1o.
