{"id":62004,"date":"2022-11-30T12:16:50","date_gmt":"2022-11-30T17:16:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mango.org\/recipes\/mango-churro-eton-mess\/"},"modified":"2025-01-02T11:57:24","modified_gmt":"2025-01-02T16:57:24","slug":"mango-churro-eton-mess","status":"publish","type":"recipes","link":"https:\/\/www.mango.org\/es\/recipes\/mango-churro-eton-mess\/","title":{"rendered":"Mango Churro Eton Mess"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><!--WPRM Recipe 49950--><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Mango Churro Eton Mess<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mango.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/11\/Mango-Churro-Eton-Mess-150x150.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<ul>\n<li>1 Large Ripe Mango, diced<\/li>\n<li>2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream, whipped to stiff peaks<\/li>\n<li>4 Churros (torn into large pieces, be sure to save four larger pieces to use as a garnish)<\/li>\n<li>1 cup Meringues, crushed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Add 1\/2 of the diced mango to a blender or food processor and blend into a smooth sauce.<\/li>\n<li>Transfer 1\/2 of the sauce to the bowl with the whipped cream and gently fold until combined.<\/li>\n<li>In four small glasses or bowls, begin layering the mango whipped cream, the crushed meringues, the remaining diced mango and a few pieces of torn churro.<\/li>\n<li>Top the layers off with a layer of the mango sauce. Continue layering all of the ingredients until all of the glasses are full.<\/li>\n<li>Top with pieces of churro and serve.
