Once boiling, lower temp and bring to a simmer for 5-10mins. Once jam texture is at desired thickness, take it off the heat and let cool<\/li>\n<li>Grind black sesame seeds using a mortar and pestle or food processor until coarse. Set aside<\/li>\n<li>Combine 16 oz of mochiko flour and \u00be cup of sugar in a separate large bowl. Slowly mix in 2\u00bd cups of water. Once combined, cover and microwave this mixture on high for 8-10minutes.
