{"id":44743,"date":"2022-01-20T05:16:15","date_gmt":"2022-01-20T05:16:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mango.org\/recipes\/tostada-de-cado-de-mango\/"},"modified":"2024-07-25T12:54:53","modified_gmt":"2024-07-25T16:54:53","slug":"tostada-de-cado-de-mango","status":"publish","type":"recipes","link":"https:\/\/www.mango.org\/es\/recipes\/tostada-de-cado-de-mango\/","title":{"rendered":"Tostada De Cado De Mango"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--WPRM Recipe 44810--><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Tostada De Cado De Mango<\/h2>\n<p>\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mango.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/MCT-2-1-150x150.png\"\/>\t<\/p>\n<p class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-summary\">\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<h4>Mango &#8211; Cado Toast<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Toasted Bread (Sliced)<\/li>\n<li>1 oz Mango Cream Cheese<\/li>\n<li>2 oz Mango Guacamole<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Mango Slices<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 oz Micro Greens<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp Red Chili Flakes<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 fl oz Mango Vinegar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Mango Cream Cheese<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>8 oz Softened Cream Cheese<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp Salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp Minced Ginger or in Juice<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup Mango Pieces 1\/4&quot; Sliced<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp Mango Vinegar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Mango Guacamole<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Avocado 1\/4&quot; Sliced (Skin and Pit Removed)<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp Chopped Cilantro<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Seasoning<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp Ginger<\/li>\n<li>1 fl oz Lime Juice<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp Cumin<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 tsp Chili Powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup Mango Pieces 1\/4&quot; Sliced<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<h4>Mango Cado Toast<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Toast the bread until golden brown, once toasted place on board to build.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Spread the softened cream cheese over the bread making sure to get it edge to edge.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Place the mango guacamole mixture over the cream cheese leaving space to see the colors from the bread and the cream cheese<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Slice and place the mango slices over the guacamole spread, make sure to fan out evenly.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Place the micro greens in the center of the toast.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Sprinkle the red pepper flakes over the entire toast.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Drizzle the vinegar over the entire toast do not saturate.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Mango Cream Cheese<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Make sure that the cream cheese is at room temperature and soft.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>In a mixing bowl spread the cream cheese around the bowl.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Add all the ingredients to the bowl and using a spatula fold all of the ingredients together. Make sure not to smash the mango pieces. Set aside until ready to build.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Mango Guacamole<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p>Carefully cut the avocado in half and remove the seed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Using a sharp knife cut the flesh of the avocado length wise then slice \u00bc\u201d slices in the opposite direction making small squares. Place into mixing bowl.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Place all additional ingredients into the bowl.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Using a spatula fold in the ingredients until all are fully combined, making sure to not smash the avocado or the mango pieces.
