{"id":44727,"date":"2022-01-20T05:15:50","date_gmt":"2022-01-20T05:15:50","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mango.org\/recipes\/rollitos-de-primavera-vegetarianos-de-mango-con-salsa-nuoc-cham-de-mango\/"},"modified":"2024-07-15T17:35:08","modified_gmt":"2024-07-15T21:35:08","slug":"rollitos-de-primavera-vegetarianos-de-mango-con-salsa-nuoc-cham-de-mango","status":"publish","type":"recipes","link":"https:\/\/www.mango.org\/es\/recipes\/rollitos-de-primavera-vegetarianos-de-mango-con-salsa-nuoc-cham-de-mango\/","title":{"rendered":"Rollitos de primavera vegetarianos de mango con salsa Nuoc Cham de mango"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--WPRM Recipe 45093--><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Rollitos de primavera vegetarianos de mango con salsa Nuoc Cham de mango<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mango.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/288_1514020245-teaser-150x150.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<ul>\n<li>10 each spring roll wrapper, wet under hot water for 5-10 seconds or with hot soaked wet towel<\/li>\n<li>20 thin fresh ripe mango slices, cut from peeled and pitted mango cheeks\/planks, sliced vertically<\/li>\n<li>10 ounces cooked brown rice, cold<\/li>\n<li>10 leaves, fresh basil<\/li>\n<li>10 sprigs, fresh cilantro<\/li>\n<li>10 leaves, fresh mint<\/li>\n<li>10 each, 3 to 4-inch long green onion pieces, green part only<\/li>\n<li>20 each thin julienne 2-inch long red pepper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Mango Nuoc Cham<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>3 tbsp sweet chile sauce<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp sriracha<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp fish sauce<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp fresh mango, pureed<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp Fresh lime juice<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp fine minced carrot<\/li>\n<li>1 medium clove, fine minced garlic<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup water<\/li>\n<li>salt to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Prep pre-shift and hold approximately 1 shift, well wrapped and refrigerated.<\/li>\n<li>On a cutting board with 2-4 wet spring roll wrappers at a time lay down 2 slices of mango on each roll, opposite of each other.<\/li>\n<li>Add 2 leaves each of basil and cilantro, then 3 leaves each of mint per roll.<\/li>\n<li>Add 1 ounce brown rice, then 3-4 pieces of red pepper julienne per roll.<\/li>\n<li>Fold the sides of the wrapper over so they each cover half of the filling, then roll the filling into a \u201ccigar.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Mango Nuoc Cham<\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>Mix all ingredients together and let sit 12-24 hours to bloom.
