{"id":44586,"date":"2022-01-19T10:42:51","date_gmt":"2022-01-19T10:42:51","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mango.org\/recipes\/salsa-de-mango-asado\/"},"modified":"2024-07-25T17:46:40","modified_gmt":"2024-07-25T21:46:40","slug":"salsa-de-mango-asado","status":"publish","type":"recipes","link":"https:\/\/www.mango.org\/es\/recipes\/salsa-de-mango-asado\/","title":{"rendered":"Salsa De Mango Asado"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--WPRM Recipe 44964--><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Salsa De Mango Asado<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mango.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/RMS-2-1-150x150.png\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<ul>\n<li>2 lbs Tomatoes<\/li>\n<li>2 lbs Mango Cheeks<\/li>\n<li>1 Poblano Pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 Jalapeno Pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 Yellow Onion<\/li>\n<li>2 fl oz Olive Oil<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp Salt, Pepper and Garlic Seasoning<\/li>\n<li>1 tbsp Minced Garlic<\/li>\n<li>1 cup Cilantro<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp Cumin<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp Chili Powder<\/li>\n<li>2 fl oz Lime Juice<\/li>\n<li>1 fl oz Apple Cider Vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup Mango Pieces (1\/4&#8243; pieces)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Using a sharp knife and cutting board, cut the tomatoes, mango, peppers, and onions into 2\u201d pieces making sure to have as much of the items exposed for roasting. Mix all together.<\/li>\n<li>Drizzle the oil over all the fruit and veggies. Season with the salt, pepper, garlic, and place into 425-degree oven for 25 minutes or until the fruit and veggies have seared.<\/li>\n<li>Once roasted let set for 10 minutes, once cooled place all ingredients on the pan into a blender.
