Set aside.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>In a large bowl combine the Brussels sprouts, mango and onion.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Pour the chipotle mango sauce over the Brussels sprouts then toss to coat evenly.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Transfer the Brussels sprouts to a lined sheet pan and roast for 25 to 35 minutes, tossing halfway through to ensure all sides brown evenly. Roast until golden brown and caramelized.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Transfer the roasted Brussels sprouts and mango mixture to a serving platter.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Sprinkle over the cooked bacon, pumpkin seeds and cheese, if using.
