{"id":44563,"date":"2022-01-19T10:30:13","date_gmt":"2022-01-19T10:30:13","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mango.org\/recipes\/avena-horneada-con-mango-especiado-chocolate-blanco-y-pistachos\/"},"modified":"2024-07-29T14:40:06","modified_gmt":"2024-07-29T18:40:06","slug":"avena-horneada-con-mango-especiado-chocolate-blanco-y-pistachos","status":"publish","type":"recipes","link":"https:\/\/www.mango.org\/es\/recipes\/avena-horneada-con-mango-especiado-chocolate-blanco-y-pistachos\/","title":{"rendered":"Avena horneada con mango especiado, chocolate blanco y pistachos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--WPRM Recipe 44821--><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Avena horneada con mango especiado, chocolate blanco y pistachos<\/h2>\n<p>\t<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mango.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/10\/IMG_8197-e1635183156995-150x150.jpg\"\/>\t<\/p>\n<p class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-summary\">\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\">\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<ul>\n<li>1 Small, Ripe Mango (chopped into small chunks)<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Ripe Banana<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup Oats<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp Ginger<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp Cardamom<\/li>\n<li>2 tsp Cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 tsp Baking Soda<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp Maple Syrup, optional for a sweeter variation<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup Milk, or your choice<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup White Chocolate Chips<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup Toasted Pistachios<\/li>\n<\/ul><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>\n<p> Preheat the     oven to 350 degrees then set aside about 1\/4 of the chopped mango.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>In a food processor or blender combine all ingredients except the white chocolate and pistachios and blend quickly into a chunky mixture is formed.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Transfer the oat and mango mixture to 2 ramekins, filling each one about halfway.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Spoon 1 tablespoon each of the mango, white chocolate and the pistachios into the center of the ramekins then top off with the additional oat mixture. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Top with more mango chunks if desired and bake for 20-25 minutes until slightly puffed, golden and firm around the outer edges. <\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Garnish with more pistachios.
