Allow the mango cheeks to caramelize and char on the first side for 3 to 4 minutes before turning to the second side. Allow the mangos to cook for an additional two minutes then remove from the grill and set aside to cool slightly while you make the balsamic caramel.<\/li>\n<li>In a large saut\u00e9 pan set over medium-high heat, add the remaining 1\/4 cup maple syrup, 3 tablespoons butter, balsamic vinegar, vanilla &amp; cinnamon.<\/li>\n<li>Whisk all the ingredients together then allow the caramel to come to a bubble. Once bubbling, reduce the heat to low and allow to reduce for about 3-5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Once the caramel is glossy and thick, carefully transfer into a serving dish.<\/li>\n<li>To plate the dish, stack the grilled mango cheeks on a serving platter then top with vanilla ice cream, balsamic caramel and toasted nuts and mint if desired.
