{"id":44555,"date":"2022-01-19T10:30:03","date_gmt":"2022-01-19T10:30:03","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mango.org\/recipes\/ponche-de-mango-de-loro\/"},"modified":"2024-07-15T18:35:22","modified_gmt":"2024-07-15T22:35:22","slug":"ponche-de-mango-de-loro","status":"publish","type":"recipes","link":"https:\/\/www.mango.org\/es\/recipes\/ponche-de-mango-de-loro\/","title":{"rendered":"Ponche de mango de loro"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--WPRM Recipe 45055--><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Ponche de mango de loro<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mango.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/11\/Parrot-Mango-Punch-Recipe-Teaser-150x150.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<ul>\n<li>2 oz mango syrup ((recipe follows))<\/li>\n<li>1.5 oz bourbon<\/li>\n<li>1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice ((about one lime))<\/li>\n<li>1 oz cranberry juice cocktail<\/li>\n<li>Very cold sparkling water ((for maximum fizz))<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Mango syrup<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>2 ripe red mangos, sliced and fruit scooped from the skin<\/li>\n<li>1 1\/2 cups water<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 cup white granulated sugar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Blend the Mango and water together in a blender for 30 seconds or so until smooth.<\/li>\n<li>Add the mixture to a small saucepan and stir in the sugar.<\/li>\n<li>Cook over medium low heat until the syrup starts to simmer. Once it\u2019s simmering, cook for 5 minutes on low heat then remove the pan from the heat and let it cool for at least an hour.<\/li>\n<li>After the hour is up, strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve to catch any pulp and store the syrup in the refrigerator until ready to use.<\/li>\n<li>In a cocktail shaker, add everything except the sparkling water with a handful of ice and shake for 30 seconds to get everything super cold.<\/li>\n<li>Pour over a short glass of ice and top with 1-2 oz of the sparkling water.
