{"id":44516,"date":"2022-01-19T10:17:59","date_gmt":"2022-01-19T10:17:59","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mango.org\/recipes\/arroz-de-mango-con-ensalada-simple\/"},"modified":"2024-07-15T14:14:17","modified_gmt":"2024-07-15T18:14:17","slug":"arroz-de-mango-con-ensalada-simple","status":"publish","type":"recipes","link":"https:\/\/www.mango.org\/es\/recipes\/arroz-de-mango-con-ensalada-simple\/","title":{"rendered":"Arroz De Mango Con Ensalada Simple"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><!--WPRM Recipe 45311--><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe\">\n<h2 class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-name\">Arroz De Mango Con Ensalada Simple<\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-image\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mango.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/05\/Mango-Rice-Recipe-Teaser-214x235-150x150.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-equipment\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-ingredients\">\n<h4>For the mango rice<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>5 cups cooked jasmine rice<\/li>\n<li>3 ripe mangos, pureed<\/li>\n<li>2 cups mushrooms, chopped<\/li>\n<li>8 ounces black beans, soaked and rinsed<\/li>\n<li>3 cloves garlic, minced<\/li>\n<li>1 scallion stalk, chopped<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp coconut aminos<\/li>\n<li>2 tbsp sesame oil<\/li>\n<li>1 tsp sea salt<\/li>\n<li>A handful of cilantro, chopped<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>For the simple slaw<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>1\/2 mango, sliced lengthwise<\/li>\n<li>1 red bell pepper, sliced lengthwise<\/li>\n<li>3 medium-sized carrots, shaved<\/li>\n<li>Half small purple cabbage, sliced lengthwise<\/li>\n<li>A handful of cilantro, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1-2 tablespoons sesame oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wprm-fallback-recipe-instructions\">\n<ol>\n<li>Heat one tablespoon of sesame oil in a pan over medium heat<\/li>\n<li>Add mushrooms and garlic.Cook for 2-3 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Remove mushrooms from pan and set aside.Heat another tablespoon of sesame oil. Add rice, coconut aminos, black beans, and mango pur\u00e9e. Cook for 4-5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Return cooked mushrooms to the pan with sea salt, scallion, and cilantro.Cook for one minute. Remove from heat.<\/li>\n<li>Combine red bell pepper, carrots, cabbage, rice vinegar, oil, and cilantro in a bowl.
