Espolvore\u00e9 con sal en ambos lados y d\u00e9jelo a un lado.<\/p>\n<p>Caliente 1 cucharada de aceite en una sart\u00e9n a fuego mediano. Antes de que empiece a ahumarse, agregue el filete y fr\u00edalo por un lado durante aproximadamente 3 minutos. Volte\u00e9 el filete y contin\u00fae fri\u00e9ndolo hasta que la carne est\u00e9 completamente blanca, como 2 a 3 minutos. Remueva el filete de la sart\u00e9n y col\u00f3quelo en un plato. Repita el proceso con el otro filete.<\/p>\n<p>Coloque una cucharada de \u00bd taza de arroz sobre un plato tibio. Coloque el pescado al lado del arroz y apile el pico de gallo sobre la mitad del filete.
