Reserva. Mezcla el huevo y el suero de leche en un taz\u00f3n de acero inoxidable. Reserva. Coloca las lanzas de mango en la harina y cubre. Sacude el exceso. Sumerge en el barniz de huevo para cubrir. Coloca las lanzas de mango nuevamente en la mezcla de harina y cubre completamente. Fr\u00ede las lanzas de mango empanizadas de 2 a 3 minutos en una freidora a 350\u00b0F.
