Mango and Farro Salad

Takes , serves .

  1. Combine farro, mango, red onion, red bell pepper and avocado in a large bowl.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, Dijon mustard and cilantro.
  3. Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine.
