Chef Jonathan Bennett Creates Best Mango Dish in Cleveland

The National Mango Board continued the Mango Hometown Tour in Cleveland where local chefs Steve Schimoler of Crop Bistro & Bar and Jonathan Bennett of Moxie, the Restaurant , competed to create a mango dish capturing the city’s local flavor and reflecting innovative seafood dishes. Chef Bennett was named the winner by the panel of three local food experts serving as judges.
