Producer Extension Workshops

The National Mango Board is working with the mango organizations in the top 6 producing countries to bring our knowledge straight to you. Beginning in 2011, the NMB traveled around the world with a team of top-notch mango researchers, conducting extension outreach workshops customized for the needs of each region. This program will continue in 2013 as the NMB extends its efforts to improve mango quality to strengthen the market.

 

2013 Producer Extension Workshop and Outreach Meeting Schedule is as follows:

 

  • May 29 & 30, 2013 – Huatulco, Oaxaca, Mexico

  • June 26 & 27, 2013 – Petrolina/Juazeiro, Brazil

  • July 23 & 24, 2013 – Piura, Peru

  • August 7 & 8, 2013 – Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco, Mexico

  • August 15, 2013 – Port-au-Prince, Haiti

  • August 28 & 29, 2013 – Guayaquil, Ecuador

  • September 18 & 19, 2013 – Mazatlan, Sinaloa, Mexico 

  • October 2 & 3, 2013 – Guatemala (city TBD*)
