We Have Winners
The National Mango Board congratulates the three chefs for their creative use of fresh mango in its MANGOVER YOUR MENU Recipe Contest.
A panel of judges appointed by the National Mango Board evaluated all entries anonymously. One of the judges, Chef Allen Susser, summarizes the contest entries: “I’ve never seen so many people so passionate about mangos. The contestants matched the colors, flavors and textures of the mango in a sweet, spicy, and aromatic harmony as naturally as any comfort food, yet with great creativity.”
