Image Usage Policies
Any member of the mango supply chain serving the U.S. market can use the images. This includes growers, importers, shippers, brokers, wholesalers, retailers, foodservice distributors and operators. Members of the media can also use these images support stories about mangos. Images can be used in ads, websites, POS materials, packaging, training materials, presentations, media coverage and any other mango marketing project.
You must include copyrights and an ownership statement when using images from the National Mango Board. Please contact us if you have any questions.
COPYRIGHT/OWNERSHIP STATEMENT OPTIONS
If ALL of the images used in the design were provided by the National Mango Board, you do NOT have to include a copyright in each image. Instead, include the following statement somewhere on the piece. “All photos © 2011 National Mango Board and used by permission of the National Mango Board. All rights reserved.”
If not all of the images used in the design were provided by the National Mango Board, then a copyright must appear in EACH National Mango Board image AND a permission statement must be included somewhere on the piece.
Example: “© 2011 National Mango Board” must appear in each image AND the following statement must appear on the piece, “Photos used by permission of the National Mango Board. All rights reserved.”
