The Mango Hometown Tour visited Charlotte where Chef Tom Condron of The Liberty and Fran Scibelli of Fran's Filling Station competed in a mango taste-Off, courtesy of the National Mango Board. Each chef was challenged to create a mango dish with Southern flair.
