Smoothie Bags

    1 fresh mango cheek, diced
    1 handful of blueberries
    2 strawberries, sliced
    1 cup fresh spinach


    1. Dice mango.
    2. Remove strawberry tops and slice into segments.
    3. Add mango, strawberries, blueberries and spinach to a freezer-safe bag.
    4. Seal bag and place in the freezer.
    5. When ready to eat, empty ingredients into blender along with water or milk and blend! Add a scoop of protein powder or Greek yogurt for an extra boost.
