    Lovely Mango Smoothie Bowl

    Ingredients

    2 cups baby spinach
    1 cup lite coconut milk
    1 Tbsp honey plus more if needed
    2 Tbsp hemp seeds
    1/2 ripe avocado, peeled
    1/2 peeled and diced mango

    Toppings:
    Almonds
    Hemp seeds
    Almond butter
    Golden berries or other dried fruit

    Instructions

    In a blender, combine all ingredients except the toppings; puree until smooth and transfer to 2 serving bowls. Top with the toppings and serve immediately.
