    Mango Energy Bites

    Courtesy of Pop Sugar, these little bites pack an energetic punch that is both natural and delicious! A great Meal Prep item, make these in advance and have a few before your next workout!

    Ingredients

    ¾ Cup of fresh dried Dates
    ½ Cup of chopped mango
    ½ Cup ground flaxseed
    ½ cup soaked or cooked quinoa
    ¼ macadamia nuts
    Sea salt to taste
    ¼ cup shredded coconut
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 tsp lemon zest
     

    Directions

    In a food processer, process all the ingredients. Once blended, roll into about ½” balls. If preferred, roll over shredded coconut to give some extra taste.
     
    Keep in the refrigerator - or place in the freezer to store for 1-3 months!
