Mango Smoothie Packs

1-1/2 cups fresh cubed mango
2 cups spinach
1/2 banana
Sprinkle of chia seeds
1-3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk


  1. Divide cubed mango, spinach, banana and chia seeds into plastic bags. Store in freezer.
  2. When ready to use, put ingredients from plastic bag in a blender and add almond milk.
  3. Purée until smooth.
