Lemon, Black Pepper and Mango Salsa

2 cups fresh mango, diced
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons fresh mint, chopped
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Pinch sea salt


Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir. Serve or cover and refrigerate until needed.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with pita chips, fish, chicken, or by itself.
