Morning Mango Chia Pudding

1 can lite coconut milk
6 tbsp chia seeds
1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1-1/2 Tbsp. honey
1 small mango, peeled and diced for topping


Combine all ingredients except mango; mix well and then let mixture sit for 30 minutes. Serve in a glass; layer pudding with mango pieces.
