Fresh and Easy Mango Salad

1 ripe mango, peeled, pitted and diced
2 tablespoons smoked almonds, coarsely chopped
2 tablespoons dried cranberries
4 tablespoons feta cheese
4 tablespoons low fat balsamic dressing
2 large handfuls baby spinach leaves, chopped


Mix first five ingredients together and toss. Serve over fresh spinach leaves.

Serving Suggestion

This salad pairs well with fresh grilled fish or chicken breast.
